Perfect for removing common uppermost surface defects such as light scratches, swirl marks, oxidation and holograms for a showroom finish.

We offer two levels of machine correction. Trained by KDS Keltec, we use the most modern equipment and materials to give amazing results every time! We only remove upper surface defects below 5uM, leaving you safe in the knowledge that excessive amounts of paint hasn’t been removed in order to achieve the desired finish.

Our single-stage machine correction will leave a much-improved finish. This option is ideal for customers with nearly new, previously detailed or light-in colour cars, removing light swirl marks, holograms and oxidation. Typical correction levels are between 70-80%.

Our two-stage machine correction will leave a mirror finish, removing heavy swirl marks, light scratches, holograms, oxidation and sinkage. Ideal for customers with cars over a year old, especially darker coloured cars. Typical correction levels between 80-90%.

This service uses GTechniq Crystal Serum Light and Exo V4 ceramic coatings, helping keep your new or corrected vehicle looking at its best for 3-5 years.

Why not protect your investment for the next 3-5 years? Our GTechniq Paint Protection service is ideal for customers wishing to preserve the finish of our Paint Correction service or their new vehicle. The coatings have a lifespan of between 3-5 years and require little maintenance to keep them looking at their best. Once coated, the vehicle will only require maintenance washes without the need for any waxes or other sealants, saving both time and money.

Specific training at GTechniq headquarters will ensure we apply the coatings correctly for optimal performance and longevity.

As this is a permanent treatment, we only offer this service following paint correction or on brand new vehicles

COMPLAINTS POLICY

The business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer. However, on rare occasions, there may be times when a customer may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure the business is able to put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below.  The business will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the high standards the business aims to achieve.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact the business as soon so the problems can be rectified as soon as possible.

Our Procedure
Either call, email or write* to us. The business aims to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised. Where the business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader the business uses Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that the business cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
