Can You Explain Your Pricing Point?

There is a company/option providing every varying need for an individual. We operate in the middle to higher end of the spectrum. This means we are slightly more expensive than ‘Facebook’ Detailers as we have increased administration costs for services such as Which? Trusted Traders. We are however cheaper than most unit based detailing companies as we have less fixed overheads.

Can You Remove Scratches?

Yes, we can remove most surface scratches. This is achieved by removing the least amount of clear coat possible (using a machine polisher) to make the defect invisible to the eye. Deeper scratches can be made less prominent by rounding them off but we will always advise of the achievable results with associated consequences for every scratch.

Can You Wax My Vehicle?

No, we do not offer any wax treatments to any of our services. As a company we use modern ceramic based materials which give superior results both in terms of longevity of protection and gloss levels.

Why Do You Need Power?

We use professional industrial equipment that draws too much power for most generators to handle that we could carry in our works van. We supply an extension lead suitable for use and is also much better in terms of noise disruption that would come from using a generator.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

The business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer. However, on rare occasions, there may be times when a customer may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure the business is able to put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below.  The business will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the high standards the business aims to achieve.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact the business as soon so the problems can be rectified as soon as possible.

Our Procedure
Either call, email or write* to us. The business aims to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised. Where the business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader the business uses Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that the business cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
