Exterior

All exterior surfaces cleaned using a safe citrus prewash, snow foam and two bucket method wash, using our on-board Spotless Water. Iron & fallout contamination removed, wheels and tyres cleaned. Vehicle dried, temporary ceramic coating applied, glass cleaned and tyres dressed.

Optional extras – Light scratch/scuff removal, headlight restoration, engine bay clean, windscreen rain repellency treatment.

Interior

All interior surfaces vacuumed, followed by a biocidal detergent clean on fabric, leather or alcantara seats & all other vinyl /plastic surfaces. Air vents, glass, door sills and mats also cleaned.

Optional extras – Extraction machine deep clean, leather/fabric protection, interior plastic machine correction.

Full Details

  • Comprehensive multi-point exterior & interior pre-service inspection.
  • Wheels cleaned with a pH neutral wheel cleaner to remove ingrained brake dust and contamination spots.
  • Citrus pre-wash applied to lower body panels to loosen and remove surface grime and traffic film.
  • Wheels and lower body panels treated with fallout and tar remover to remove embedded bonded contaminants.
  • High pressure rinse for surface dirt removal including under the wheel arches.
  • Pre-Wash Snow Foam bath applied to the vehicle.
  • High pressure rinse to remove the foam covering.
  • Safe 2 bucket and guard washing system used with a pH neutral foaming shampoo and a fresh microfibre mitt for safe yet effective cleaning.
  • High pressure rinse to remove the foam shampoo.
  • Temporary  ceramic coating applied at the drying stage using high quality towels for a deep glossy finish for around 3 months surface protection.
  • Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned.
  • All exterior trim surfaces protected/dressed.
  • All door/boot sill & shuts cleaned.
  • All litter removed from all areas of the vehicle.
  • All interior vinyl and plastic surfaces safely cleaned.
  • Interior glass cleaned.
  • All interior fabric surfaces including seats, roof lining, door cards, carpets, boot carpets cleaned with an industrial vacuum.
  • Light surface clean on fabric or leather seats using a biocidal cleaner to kill bacteria and viruses.
  • All rubber and fabric mats surface cleaned.
  • Post-service detailer/customer inspection sign off, recommendations, next service due date.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

The business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer. However, on rare occasions, there may be times when a customer may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure the business is able to put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below.  The business will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the high standards the business aims to achieve.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact the business as soon so the problems can be rectified as soon as possible.

Our Procedure
Either call, email or write* to us. The business aims to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised. Where the business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader the business uses Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that the business cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
